Sheila considers it a privilege to accompany adults and adolescents on their journeys toward healing, and to create a safe and supportive space for deep sharing. She collaborates with clients to create desired change, and works with individuals who struggle with: uncertainty and self-doubt, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and issues related to career and life direction. Sheila enjoys engaging with motivated clients who seek to transform their relationships to struggle and loss, while opening to an expanded sense of self.Her sessions combine traditional methods with somatic, depth-oriented, and mindfulness-based interventions, to meet the unique needs of each client. Using this blended approach, she helps individuals recognize and expand their capacity to nurture themselves through the storms of difficult experience, and to navigate change using the resources of their innate wholeness.
