Hi, I’m Sheila! I am a health enthusiast with over a decade of experience coaching clients to believe and achieve what matters most to them. I teach them how to get what they want.I have the great opportunity to create connection and intimacy, build trust and accountability while establishing a credible rapport when it comes to assessing, adding insight and affirming clients on their lifestyle change journey.
