Duties entailed developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures; administration of all benefits including FMLA, LOA, Disability, COBRA, as well as traditional employee benefit plans, conducting employee orientations; processing workers compensation claims; filing appropriate tax documentation; posting client payments, reconciling client accounts and initiating debt collection.
