In doing so, I planned community bonding events and career workshops tailored to my sophomore and junior residents to assist them in professional development. Additionally, I assisted my manger in residential staff selection by interviewing applicants for the following year's staff positions.

By working with all departments within the Zoo and international conservationists, I gained thorough knowledge about the field of conservation and developed skills, such as field research techniques, negotiating strategies, and ecological identification.
