Problem solve with clients in regards to billing issues, level of care needed, duration of care. Handel all outside vendor contracts as determined by CEO. Develop training curriculum for all staff including marketing team office personnel and care staff. • Conduct clinical/psychosocial assessments of new clients as needed. Counsel families and individuals on a wide variety of health, social, and emotional issues.• Conduct quality assurance checks periodically and give recommendations to clients and families.• Coordinate all aspects of long term care insurance coverage including providing proper documentation for billing.And more...

• Supervise Marketing team ,Community Outreach Representative, Staffing Coordinator, and all Caregivers • Supervise staff that are assigning caregivers for in-home/facility and community care support of seniors• Manage and suggest improvements in conjunction with the Marketing Director and Community Outreach Representative. Health fairs. Oversee the entire recruiting, hiring, and training process of caregivers for private duty care in seniors’ homes and in facilities. • Improved safety and quality of care for all clients.• Conduct clinical/psychosocial assessments of new clients. Counsel families and individuals on a wide variety of health, social, and emotional issues. • Coordinate all aspects of long term care insurance coverage including providing proper documentation to underwriting and coordination of processes with family members.• Handle a wide range of client service and customer service issues to rectify problems including caregiver assignments, billing, scheduling, and specific care issues. • Work with department budgets. Handled all outside vender contracts. Represent company at all EDD hearings • Assess new clients to determine level of care needs and recommend care plans; inform my management team of specifics of duties to insure proper caregivers are assigned to families.• Consolidate and forwarded all necessary billing information to HR for proper billing.• Quality assurance checks performed periodically and recommendations given to clients and families as needed. Resident services included management of the concierge desk and the personally yours program. Meet with families with concerns about Alzheimer/dementia or referrals made recommendations for home health for residents as needed as well as home care agencies. Meet with residents about social and personal problems daily. Give tours of the facility. Direct support for marketing. Signed contracts with new residents, hosted a host of meetings with residents weekly. Gave yearly health fairs. Participated in all Atrium programs. Weekly and monthly reporting. continuous documentation in residents charts.
