Responsibilities include providing complete care for the adult population in a critical care setting, including but not limited to, neurological, general medical, surgical, cardiology, and cardiovascular surgery. Collaboration with team members such as physicians, nutritionists, physical therapists, social services, case management, etc. in the development and implementation of patient centered care. Additionally collaborating with patient and family in the education of disease process for improved outcomes.
