Ms. Scott's key responsibilities include management of multiple task orders and task managers simultaneously—directing all financial management and contract/subcontract administrative activities, and implementing process improvement by implementing the company’s ISO Quality Management System (QMS) for project deliverables. Her office is responsible for problem identification and resolution. Ms. Scott provides responsive turnaround to customer requests, performs program analysis and tracks performance through task order metrics, and developes recommendations for corrective action through management reporting.
