OptumRx merger - July 2015. Responsible for the layout, development, and implementation of numerous member communication materials. This includes personalized pharmacy ID Cards, Ad-hoc Letters (variable data), Mail Service Registration Order Forms and other collateral materials. Support EGWP Open Enrollment, new and ongoing EGWP implementations. EGWP materials include: ANOCs, EOCs, SOBs, Abridged and Comprehensive Formularies, Welcome Letters, etc. Follow National Council for Prescription Drug Program (NCPDP) guidelines for ID Cards. Adhere to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and other regulatory entities for our Medicare Part D/EGWP materials. Good understanding and knowledge of USPS requirements for envelope development and setup. Work on our system adjudication platforms and vendor platforms to accomplish the setup of members and clients to achieve and provide materials ongoing. Expectation is for the timely delivery of time sensitive communications to clients and plan member participants.
