Currently I am working as assistant to the President of B&B Electric , located in Vista CA. I do CAD drafting for electrical and solar PV plans. I search for projects that suit our company size and assist with putting together estimates. I also do all the billing and invoicing for our jobs. I go to our projects to take out supplies, keep track of extras and change orders, as well as head up the safety meetings.Occasional I will work with the guys in the field when they need an extra hand. I put together Submittal and Close out packages when a project is over and I am responsible for drafting up "As built" drawings . I hold a Level 1 Certification for Lutron Radio RA2 for design and programming.

Site survey for residential design and drafting, We built homes from ground up , my Father and I worked side by side doing everything from operating back hoes and skip loaders, form set up, concrete finishing, framing, rough and finish plumbing and electrical work. All finish construction hanging doors and installing baseboards, wood flooring and tile flooring. tile in showers/tub/ counters. install appliances. Manage and coordinate with sub contractors and deal with city inspectors and fire dept. Meet with potential buyers and manage the books.
