- Leading a large-scale TA organization including Mainland China, HongKong and TaiWan to supporting IBM all BUs in GCG (1,000+ hires/year).- Align with IBM business strategy to enable TA team to move with speed, deliver productivity and accellrate growth across all of IBM.- Accountable for new ATS tool feature design and launch, drive AI assessment tool deploy in GCG. - Adopt agile and design thinking methodlogy into TA process, delivery and TA related AI product development.- Leading IBM campus program (500+ hires/year) hiring and overall accountable for talent branding design and promotion.- Embrace data-driven strategy, share value added advice to business via talent market intelligence & client biddings/presenting talent solutions-Boost high-performance culture and fuels the team’s skill development.

- Responsible for all campus and professional hiring for Global Sales, R&D and GIE BUs.- Drive innovative solutions to enhance hire quality & productivity, accountable for key business stakeholders management and high band/ executive level hires.- Manage and coach team on engagement,Skill-Up development, high performance and deliver high quality matrix.-Overall plan and execute campus hires( 800+ hires/year) including talent branding build up and maintenance.

- Lead GCG all early professional hires (1500+ hires/year) Including Mainland China, HongKong and TaiWan.- Partnering with key business stakeholder and HR leader to execute strategic TA goals and initiatives.- Drive high quality hire matrix, embrace data driven strategy and influencing business to make right decision align with market trend.

- Responsible for all R&D hires (1200+ hires/ year)- Aligned with Business on talent strategy and customized sourcing strategy, design attraction points, engaging plan and share talent mapping and market intelligence to support business understand talent market.- Team skill up development

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from talent attraction to onboard.- Create productive, and innovative sourcing channel approach to fulfill hiring needs, drive channel performance and productivity.- Focus on data ansysis and share market intelligence.- Lead key projects to grow leadership skills

- Establish and develop client relationships, take ownership and shortlist solid portfolio to client.- Create and maintain talent pool, provide candidate report in weekly basis.- Target company identification and adopt appropriate sourcing strategy.
