As CEO, I secure funding for any clients who desire to invest in non-owner occupied residential properties across the country (except for a few states). I package the loan to present to the lenders; I set the expectations for clients as to what they might expect and what they must deliver to be quality candidate for a loan. I love to work with those who are just starting out on a real estate investing pathway. I am just as comfortable working to get veteran investors a better source of funding. I analyze the deals to determine whether the deal will make the client a profit and get the lender paid back in full.

My responsibilities included leading the campus staff to the first time ever attainment of the State's coveted "Recognized Status." I created the budget, managed resources (physical and personnel), and kept expectations high for achievement of success and safety of all involved.
