Assessment of materials currently being disposed of for qualification into the recycling program at HPP. HPP manufactures TxDOT Spec. Road Materials using natural as well as recycled materials for feedstock. If you can't reduce it at the source, explore the recycle option! On site environmental support including container inspections, sampling, preparing/verifying paperwork (profiles, bill of ladings, recycle notifications, estimating, etc), working with contractors in the field. Profiles/Updates - all new materials coming in and all updates handled including communication with clients for updates, review of all paperwork/analyses and researching on the TCEQ database to confirm regulatory status.

Analyze special waste to determine analytical required to classify industrial waste and profile, sell direct disposal accounts, sell transportation and special waste containers, estimate jobs/events for customers.

Manage all aspects of both businesses, purchasing, manage employee's, develop routes for profitibility, oversee vehicle maintenance, report to owners.
