This was evident when discussing with the Head of Procurement of Enfield Local Authority I steered the conversation to the possibility to shadow the role to gain knowledge of the processes in place and how if possible the information gained could support, a Change Project I was project managing. I effected change management to promote best practise in service delivery, an example of this was when I was change manager and lead for a construction project, the project required main contractors and supply chains to be fully CSCS carded within North London local authorities as part of a cross borough initiative, my role involved working with stakeholders, interested parties of all levels and diversities, main contractors, supply chains including sole traders, to introduce and improve best practice as required by the client. The project was 2 years (but started 5 months late) it required 250 CSCS outputs, and a number of other business support / training outputs to be achieved. The project was a success and achieved in total and over achieved CSCS outputs in excess of 260 within 19 months. -
