• Europe integrated marketing communications strategy to provide direction for the countries to develop their local plans and drive the business goals; • Plan and manage pan European advertisements: unified creative to share among the countries, media buying and execution evaluation; make sure the consistent use across multi communications channels; • Standardize the communications and the use of brand assets across European countries: brand positioning, key messages, brand guidelines /VI assets, brand partnerships, etc.; • Build ZTE Europe's marcomms assets sharing platform for the countries to share the creative and key messages and keep a consistent brand image across European countries; • Own the Europe branding project: developed the brand strategy and guideline, conducted consumer insights research, etc.; • Guide and support each country in their local planning and execution of ATL and BTL campaigns; • Overall manage the pan European PR agencies, the digital social media agencies, media buying agencies and advertisement agencies;

• Be overall responsible for building up ZTE's brand awareness and image in the UK market, the integrated communications strategy and annual plans: PR events, trade events, branding activities and sales promotion; • Successfully launched ZTE's own branded handsets into market across UK: transition from ODM to OEM;• Media strategy and media buying management: print, radio, outdoors, online, etc and make sure the best ROI; • Managed 2 years brand partnership: ambassador partnership with UK No. 1 Rapper Professor Green from negotiation to day-to-day execution to ensure all the assets are maximized. First year ZTE sponsored his UK tour around 18 cities across the country; 2nd year he was the ambassador for the hero handset;• Plan and manage ZTE UK Social media activities: Set up ZTE UK Facebook and ZTE UK Twitter accounts at the end of 2011, the communities have seen rapid growth over one year and the engagement rate is quite high; • Build the UK consumer devices website, UK was the 1st country to build the consumer website in the corporation, which was very well received and used as reference for other countries; • Manage the Olympic campaign project in UK with tight budget and schedule, which included 2 months consumer experiential stand at London Westfield Stratford to launch the hero device and promotion of ZTE brand; • Integrate the ATL campaigns with operator and channel partners’ activities: launch pack, POS, sales incentives, staff training, etc to increase the sells;
