I teach Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy, particularly classes on family systems theories, the family life cycle, couple therapy, human sexuality, and specific models of therapy such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Bowen, Satir, Gottman, Structural, etc.I am Executive Director of Margin to Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit that helps pre-licensed mental health associates from equity-deserving groups build thriving private practices and achieve independent licensure while providing culturally-attuned, systems-informed therapy to underserved populations.I offer Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consulting services for corporate, educational, and community organizations including the Ally Skills Workshop, originally developed by the Ada Initiative. I support teams in creating a culture of psychological safety, healthy communication processes, and effective collaboration skills based in a culture of liberation rather than domination.I am also in private practice as a couple and family therapist, where I help individuals, couples, and families build relationships to last a lifetime.
