The types of career transitions we make during our working lives are many and varied.

Career Coach - Supporting professionals reflecting on their careers and considering the possibility of change;Supporting professionals in articulating their value proposition, refining their CVs and preparing for interview.

Specific cohort was Springboard-funded students - experienced professionals pursuing additional qualifications in order to develop their careers / transition into a new career area;Offered 1-1 support - working on career planning and development, uncovering strengths and skills, as well as personal branding through CV and online presence and end to end job search support;Designed and delivered targeted career development workshops, based on student needs, covering areas like Transitioning to a Management role, Starting Your Own Business, Proactive Job Search, Turbo-charged Networking and more;Arranged for DCU Springboard Alumni to participate in 'Meet the Graduates' networking events, which facilitated networking connections between students / new graduates and Alumni in target roles and industries;Invited representatives from target employers to meet students / new graduates and make connections;Worked on the DCU Access programme, supporting students on the programme by providing one to one and group guidance on CVs, application forms and interview preparation.

Trainer specialising in career development and communication / interpersonal skills. Extensive experience in delivering programmes in blue chip client organisations including in the Financial Services and University sectors.
