*Reviewing organizational recordkeeping and reporting processes to provide proposed recommendations/solutions for improving accuracy, increasing proficiency, consistency and effectiveness•Design methods to initiate electronic reporting methods and charting options•Interviewing clients for information concerning their issues, what the desired outcomes would be, and how the process and changes would work best for them•Discussing academic and career goals with high school students, college students, or foster children to assist them streamline their pathway to their individual goals and objectives•Investigating, developing options, and creating the Access and Excel programs to improve information capturing, reporting, and charting features•Developing the user manuals for the programs created•Providing options for training for the staff using the programs developed based on current skills levels•Resume and cover letter assistance•Creating comprehensive job descriptions for employers with small HR staff resources •Providing intermittent assistance to cancer patients by volunteering to perform their administrative duties for the days they must go through Chemo or other treatment procedures (Non-profit organizations)•Assist with care and financial administrative duties for cancer victim’s spouse

Manage the college electronic employment program -JobZone. Work individually with students to determine what other activities they can do to increase their experience & employability through internships, career development activities, leadership & soft skill development activities. Provide activity opportunities for employers & students to interact throughout the year. Market & generate awareness of the opportunities to utilize the department. Assist non-profit organizations by providing a resource to their clients for job search, career development, soft skill awareness & development needs.
