The first half of my work experience was obtained in dental offices and clinics where I performed chair-side and office assisting and management until returning to school with the hopes of becoming a language professor. Scheduling, billing skills and the ability to multitask and work efficiently and professionally at a fast pace were some of the skills obtained through my dental office experiences. The severe accident of a family member derailed my higher education plans: leaving me to make the decision to stay home and become a caretaker and stay at home mom. After nurturing that family member to almost the point of completion of school, I am currently preparing for full-time re-entry in the the workforce. Before leaving the workforce, some of the positions I held were:Teaching Assistant (Spanish), Academic Tutor and MentorLecturer, Contract Consultant and Trainer (Coordinator) for ESL program. My professional goals are representative of and supported by my strengths of a being supportive, followup type of team member and leader. Ideally, I would like to service as an administrative assistant or administrative support person that aids both the boss and train and support other office staff workers.
