My name is Sheila G. Diaz, I am in my first year in the Pharm. D entry level program at Nova Southeastern University Barry and Judy Silverman College of Pharmacy. I have been a pharmacy technician for 20 year with a strong commitment to patient care and public health. I have certifications in vaccination and Basic Life Support (BLS), which allows me to contribute effectively to clinical and community settings. I have participated in health fairs providing guidance to patients on the correct use of medications, breast cancer awareness and vaccination. My goal is to continue developing my skills in health and collaborate in initiatives that promote the well-being of the community. My objectives are to contribute to the development of innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical field and promote the appropriate use of medicines to improve people’s quality of life.
