As the Senior Director of Poly IT Integration & Governance at HP, I lead a team of IT professionals tasked with integrating Poly applications into the HP ecosystem. I have over 15 years of information technology experience, with a focus on large-scale program management, IT PMO leadership and governance, enterprise applications, service delivery, mergers and acquisitions, and IT transformation and integration management. Recognized for bringing order to chaos, optimizing project delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.In my previous role at Poly, I successfully led the integration of two complex Oracle implementations into one, following a key acquisition. I also managed the Enterprise Applications team (Oracle, SFDC, Apriso MES, etc.), the IT PMO, and several global enterprise programs, including a major Oracle ERP reimplementation and a manufacturing execution system deployment. I have completed the prestigious Caltech 3-Year Executive Leadership Certification Program in Operations Management and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Management Development Program in Organizational Leadership. I am also a proud recipient of the AWE Accelerator, a certification that recognizes women leaders who excel in innovation, collaboration, and transformation. I am a native of the Bronx, New York, and currently reside in Mesa, Arizona.
