She began her career as a research associate and ascended quickly, ultimately becoming a Director of Executive Search, specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales.An alumna of Hartwick College, Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. She continues to give back by volunteering her time to Hartwick students on topics such as internships, interviewing, and the creation of their LinkedIn profiles.
