* Working in a team setting to maintain social networks for artists * Developing creative concepts and designing visual assets such as tour posters,ad mats, viral marketing tools (banners, widgets) etc. * Developing creative concepts and designing artist / record label websites* Overseeing all visual assets for selection of artists ensuring synergy between all graphical elements* Liaising with artist managers to ensure proper execution of promotional activities* Daily use of Photoshop and Illustrator in creating web / print projects

* Managing artist social network sites, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and continuously flowing* Developing creative concepts and designing visual assets such as tour posters, ad mats, viral marketing tools (banners, widgets) etc. * Developing creative concepts and designing artist / record label websites* Overseeing all visual assets for selection of artists ensuring synergy between all graphical elements* Interacting with online audiences to promote direct artist-fan relationships, user generated content, and on-going two-way communication* Compiling artist information for radio, publicity, and new media use (i.e. tour dates, hype sheet info, newsletter content, request and ticket buy links)* Coordinating artist lifestyle promotions and street team initiatives under guidance from Artist Manager* Working with online media outlets to set up interactive artist features and contests* Compiling and submitting information for grant applications, sponsorships and endorsements* Assisting with artist administration, marketing and general office tasks* Some knowledge of Grant writing

* Design and prepress layout for large format printer* Vehicle wrap and signage installation* Operate large format printer and cutting machines
