DANA UX Research Team is a part of the User Experience & Design Department, which positioned as a valuable partner to both product and business teams. The focus revolves around conducting research to craft seamless and innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our users.Products being handled:◦ App Experience: Homepage, DANA Wallet, Registration, Login, Profile, and Delete Account◦ Identity & Support: DANA Premium (KYC), DIANA (DANA Chatbot), and Issue Resolution◦ Security & Verification: DANA Protection, Security Center, and Verification MethodResponsibilities:◦ Manage the end-to-end research process in the Core App Tribe to provide product insights and support business strategy.◦ Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and UX Writers to shape product features and enhancements.◦ Independently conduct all research initiatives designed to align with the specific needs and objectives of each team (including Product, Business, and Marketing).◦ Prepare detailed reports that include data triangulation and in-depth analysis.◦ Lead workshops and design sprints to facilitate support for new product initiatives or the prioritization of business-product-oriented plans.◦ Collaborate with Product Managers and the Tech team to contribute to product development by conducting A/B tests and assisting in analyzing and interpreting the results.◦ Provide guidance and actionable recommendations based on research findings related to product insights.

GoPay Research Team (under GoTo Financial) collaborates with various departments within the organization and is mainly focused in providing user insight across the entire payment ecosystem to generate product development through the use of qualitative, quantitative, and data analytics.Responsibilities:◦ Assisted the end-to-end research process related to Money Management.◦ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify research goals, design studies, and execute research methodologies including, but not limited to Usability Testing, In-Depth Interview, Card Sorting, and Forum Group Discussions.◦ Translated user feedback into actionable insights to prioritize product improvements, while also communicating user needs and behaviors.◦ Worked closely with Product Designers, Interaction Designers, UX Writers, and Product Managers to refine user interfaces based on research findings and create more delightful experiences for users.◦ Conducted competitive analysis to help design decisions and ensure that products were on the cutting edge of industry trends.

Work Design Engineering & Ergonomics Laboratory (RSKE) is a Laboratory at Industrial Engineering Department, Diponegoro University which focuses on research, development, planning, and analysis regarding ergonomics and work system engineering.Responsibilities:◦ Facilitated laboratory practices for Human Engineering, Occupational Health, and Product Design, imparted knowledge and guidance to students on ergonomic topics, and ensured compliance with laboratory protocols and best practices.◦ Developed and documented standard operating procedures to enhance research quality and consistency in evaluating work reports.◦ Helped to implement research on human factors and ergonomics, utilizing data collection and analysis to study workplace safety, biomechanics, and human performance.◦ Coordinated and supervised other laboratory assistants in conducting Product Design & Experience research, with a focus on Anthropometry.
