Executive Director of the Allentown Symphony Association- Responsible for all aspects of the administration, operations, programming, and finances of the Allentown Symphony Association. - Created and programs our successful “On Stage” series, including selection of artists, negotiation of contracts, and booking and scheduling of performances, in alignment with the mission and vision of the Allentown Symphony Association with fiscal responsiveness. - Partner with Multiple universities and businesses in creating paid and unpaid internships for students who have interest in the performing arts management; including DeSales University, Cedar Crest College, Muhlenberg College, Lehigh University, and Moravian College.- Grow contributions to the Allentown Symphony Association from National, Regional, and local grants. In 2012-13 we were the largest grantee of 200+ applicants and 20 awardees of the newly formed Ann and Gordon Getty grants to educational programs in music. - Launch the El Sistema Lehigh Valley educational program for under privileged youth.- Manage a full time staff of 10 with another 10-20 part time employees depending on seasonality.- Manage the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Allentown Symphony and its musicians.- Managed the overall budget of $2.6 million for the organization.- Grow performances in the Historic Hall from 18 per year to over 90-- Led successful $6 million 60th Anniversary campaign to clear capital debt, perform needed hall improvements, cover operating expenses. This was the largest campaign in the history of the organization.

Established, organized, and directed marketing team to support fourteen key Strategic Alliances (including Cisco, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Avaya) with over $200M account revenue and $1.4B in sell-with and sell-through revenue.

Led Strategy organization for Sprint's local, longdistance, and wireless businesses. Managed analysis of Strategic opportunities; industry and market trends, and Sprint's Corporate Research Library --which published daily industry news; managed our relationship with Industry analysts such as Garter/Yankee/IDC/ Jupiter; and dissemination of research throughout Sprint's then 80000 employee base. Made recommendations on multi billion dollar aquisitions to Sprint Executive Management (C level) and ultimately to Board.
