Team was responsible for producing the data-related DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) views (DIV-2 and DIV-3) for the JPEO-CBD. ● Prepared CBRN Data Model products for release to the community, and organized a Technical Review conference for each release to gather community input, typically attended by upwards of 60 stakeholders.● Was a key leader in standing up the CBRN Community of Interest (COI) by developing a charter, and facilitating monthly meetings. The COI focused on information sharing issues related to CBRN.● Developed a pilot project jointly with the Intelligence Community to demonstrate the sharing of CBRN warning reports between the two communities. The pilot leveraged a CBRN web service prototype.● Served as lead liaison to two NATO organizations with an interest in the CBRN Data Model.❖ Supported Next Generation Airspace Management System (NextGen) for the Air Force (5/2010 to 2/2013)● Semantic SOA Team Lead for a 5-person technical team to implement net-centric information sharing ● Developed a highly successful pilot project that demonstrated how semantic technologies can help pilots to focus on the most relevant information from among the massive amounts of documentation they are required to review prior to takeoff. -
