❖ Support the Joint Requirements Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JRO-CBRND). ❖ Lead a team of four in developing enterprise architectures for CBRND programs. Produce Operational Views (OVs) and coordinate with JPEO-CBRND, evaluating and refining Systems Views (SVs). ❖ Coordinate with government leadership to prioritize team workflow.❖ Lead Enterprise Architect for the CBRN Sensor Command and Control (CSC2) program to provide CBRN sensor data to the DoD enterprise Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) environment to support both Command and Control decisions and Situational Awareness. ❖ Oversee and develop architectures for sensor programs, individual and collective protection, medical countermeasures, DOTmLPF-P Change Recommendations, and other CBRN Passive Defense programs.

❖ Suppored the Defense Health Agency, as an Enterprise Architect for Defense Health Management System Modernization (DHMSM) Systems Engineering. ❖ Produced a wide range of views with a focus on Fit for Purpose, Cyber Boundary Views, and System Views. Peer reviewed views created by other Architecture Team members.❖ Created and peer reviewed artifacts for the DHMSM Defense in Depth Cyber initiative.

❖ Support the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) [SAF/CNZ] in Interoperability and Enterprise Architecture (Pentagon, Arlington, VA). Note that this is a follow-on contract to the Insight Global position (company changed but the job is the same).❖ Coordinate with Kessel Run and other Air Force Agile software development teams to ensure interoperability and repeatable processes.❖ Team Lead for the Air Force Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Enterprise Architecture Sub-Working Group which is producing an Air Force PNT Reference Architecture to serve as an exemplar for Air Force PNT programs.❖ Interface with PNT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from many domains including operations, requirements and capabilities definition, acquisition, and Science & Technology to gain their input for the Air Force PNT Reference Architecture.❖ Engage with the new Air Force Chief Data Officer (CO) organization in defining strategies and policies.

❖ Support the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief Information Officer (CIO) [SAF/CIO A6SA/A6X] in Enterprise Architecture (Pentagon, Arlington, VA).❖ Lead enterprise architect and primary SAF/CIO A6 representative providing support to the Air Force Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Strategy Development Team (SDT). ❖ Producing an Air Force PNT Reference Architecture to serve as an exemplar for Air Force PNT programs.❖ Interface with PNT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from many domains including operations, requirements and capabilities definition, acquisition, and Science & Technology to gain their input for the Air Force PNT Reference Architecture.❖ Engage with the new Air Force Chief Data Officer (CO) organization in defining strategies and policies.

❖ Supported the Department of the Navy, Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE), Chief Information Officer (CIO) in Enterprise Architecture and Data Management (Arlington, VA).● Engaged with customer organizations in MPTE to define enterprise architecture products and data management needs in support of an HR application rationalization effort. ● Prepared draft logical data models to serve as tools to help identify and refine data requirements.● Built an Access database to generate required MPTE architecture documentation.

● Co-developed the concept and stood up the Interagency Core Cyber Team (ICCT) to bring together aviation cybersecurity professionals from the NextGen partner agencies, including FAA, DoD, DHS, NASA, and DOC (National Weather Service). Within 18 months, gained momentum and interest among the community such that monthly meetings attracted 45-60 attendees, distribution list grew to over 200 and group was commended by then Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James Clapper for its work.● As a member of the ICCT Exercise Sub-team, assisted in planning FAA participation in DoD Cyber Exercises such as Cyber Guard (CG 2015 and 2016) in order to exercise interagency communication and coordination in the face of a cyberattack. ● Engaged with ICCT Research and Development (R&D) Sub-team, to identify R&D efforts from partner agencies that could be leveraged to benefit NextGen.● Prepared cybersecurity section of NextGen IPO end-of-year report of accomplishments.

❖ Supported Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (11/2002 to 5/2010 and 2/2013 to 8/2014).● Led a team of 4-8 FTEs to design and develop a data model and XML schema to support consistent and understandable information exchange for the CBRN community. Team was responsible for producing the data-related DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) views (DIV-2 and DIV-3) for the JPEO-CBD. ● Prepared CBRN Data Model products for release to the community, and organized a Technical Review conference for each release to gather community input, typically attended by upwards of 60 stakeholders.● Was a key leader in standing up the CBRN Community of Interest (COI) by developing a charter, and facilitating monthly meetings. The COI focused on information sharing issues related to CBRN.● Developed a pilot project jointly with the Intelligence Community to demonstrate the sharing of CBRN warning reports between the two communities. The pilot leveraged a CBRN web service prototype.● Served as lead liaison to two NATO organizations with an interest in the CBRN Data Model.❖ Supported Next Generation Airspace Management System (NextGen) for the Air Force (5/2010 to 2/2013)● Semantic SOA Team Lead for a 5-person technical team to implement net-centric information sharing ● Developed a highly successful pilot project that demonstrated how semantic technologies can help pilots to focus on the most relevant information from among the massive amounts of documentation they are required to review prior to takeoff.
