With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and events industry, I am a certified and passionate Human Resource Professional who leads the HR operations, a leader in the hotel business. As the Director of HR Operations, I oversee the city ordinance compliance, labor meetings, union health and welfare, payroll, and local standard procedures for the hotel. I also manage the talent acquisition process for all hourly and management positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce. In having the spirit to serve in the community through compassion, empathy, and social responsibility it enriches both my personal and professional life. Thanks to these efforts in partnering with non profit organization and their mission our hotel was recognized as the top property with the most volunteer hours and initiatives for 2023 mid-year.
