I manage the whole sampling and production process of The Brand womenswear collection

Manage and assist the overseas production of shoes and delivery, ticketing and logistics of the goods.

• Liaising with Patternmakers, Graders, Cutters, Sample Makers and Makers to ensure that developments are completed in time• Ensuring pre-costing of all new concepts are completed and approved by the business• Working with overseas and national suppliers to negotiate costs to ensure target margins are achieved• Creating Critical Paths and line sheets• Developing cost and spec sheets for all new products and supervising the completions of all spec sheets• Regularly updating internal reports. Managing the sample order process.• Analyzing and being aware of market trends• Identifying fabrics and colours for new ranges• Developing new designs and supervising sketches mood boards• Developing samples alongside pattern makers to achieve desired fit• Developing new ranges ensuring product development timelines are adhered to• Sourcing materials and trims nationally and internationally• Creating care labels for all our garments• Liaising with PR, sales representatives, boutiques and Myer to achieve targets, improve performance and increase sales.• QC and Dispatch• Labeling APN’s• Problem solving
