This position is responsible for recruiting and encouraging ASP members to volunteer for special projects and positions within the ASP, and acting as a clearing house for proposals for new work projects suggested by members. Solicits Hall of Fame nominations, recommend Spotlight Volunteer candidates to president. Propose to the ASP president an annual budget for Volunteer recognition expenses.

This position requires planning the ASP's presence at industry events. Creates and presents plans for ASP involvement at industry events, coordinate purchasing items needed for events, proposes to the ASP president an annual budget for Events related expenses. Coordinate marketing and generating interest with PR, and execute processes at trade shows

Demonstrates knowledge of the ASP and is the presidents day to day link with al committees, plans and prepares information to educate and exchange ASP information. Assists in marketing projects, provides focus and assistance to leadership.
