I also coach and mentor my team members on relationship management, brand building, and demand generation, empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve sales excellence. I have a proven track record of leading teams and developing demand generation programs that have surpassed quota in multiple regions and product lines. Additionally, I hold a certification in value selling methodology and have experience delivering lean six sigma training.I thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, where I can leverage my strong background in sales operation and strategy, communication, project management, and learning and development. I am also fluent in English and Spanish, and have a keen interest in European studies. I believe that my energetic personality, integrity, and transparency with internal and external customers are my most valuable assets.
