Event & Executive Coordinator
Current-Event venue research, set up digital platform, manage all onsite event logistics, creating event communications and managing event registrations. -Coordinating with President & CEO on scheduling all meetings and events on Pres. & CEO calendar. -Brainstorm with President & CEO on event analytics and utilize this analytics to improve events and increase attendence.-Executive Coordination: Organize and facilitate executive committee meetings, 3 yearly board of trustees meetings, create and distribute board meeting documents, communicate effectively with trustees and their executive staff.
