I am extremely detailed, organized, forward planning, and multi-tasking. My professional career started in fashion. I created many organizational systems for production that are still in use today, 25 years later. In this role I became a master of the calendar and managed multi-dimensional tasks and events for an extremely demanding production schedule. I was introduced to project coordination as the bid coordinator for New England Design. My duties and tasks involved assisting Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, Project Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Building Owners throughout all phases of Commercial Real Estate Construction, while tripling the firm’s subcontractor bid list. My work later at Calare Properties as the Office Manager/Director of Operations expanded my experience with administration of data programs and IT operations, while demonstrating professional judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the real estate investment industry. I understand systems and logistics. I have the natural ability to project the steps needed to accomplish tasks, foresee potential problems, assign responsibilities, and marshal resources. I cover all bases, leave no loose ends, and get things done on time.
