Corporate Engagement & Alumni RelationsLed the Corporate Engagement & Alumni Relations team that seeks to find, create and build solid relationships with organizations for the benefit of hiring Sun Devil talent across the globe. Key area of focus was serving as an advocate for our international students and alumni to seek employment opportunities in their home countries. Managed the Corporate Engagement & Alumni Relations Team made up of five professional staff members on behalf of the campus-wide Career and Professional Development Services Division.Global EngagementYielded a 20% net increase of new employer partners as a result of visiting 32 cities across 7 countries including the Middle East, Asia and North America. Built new partnerships with small, medium and large employers who were not connected and expanded partnerships with existing employers, domestically and globally. Results included an increase of 15% of engaged companies naming Arizona State University as its top "University of Choice" to recruit talent.Alumni EngagementLeveraged 550K+ alumni for the development of business opportunities and relationships across the globe. As a member of the Career and Professional Development Services team, a division of Educational Outreach & Student Services, I help facilitate and execute the strategic vision for corporate partnerships focused on the cultivation of quality internships and career positions for ASU students & alumni on a national and global level.

Worked with District Office staff and Occupational Deans at the 10 Colleges and 2 Skill Centers that make up the Maricopa Community College System. Proactively assisted in identifying local, regional and national opportunities for creating public/private partnerships to support students'​ employment and career advancement opportunities that enable students to secure the jobs of today and the future.Strategic PartnershipsParticipated in comprehensive workforce education partnerships and strategic alliances with businesses by promoting Maricopa Community Colleges for-credit offerings. Workforce Investment Board Relations, Development & Support Served as chief staff to the Workforce Arizona Council, the State's Workforce Board. Interfacing with the Council's private sector chair and Councilmembers. Advised the Council of national, state and local WIA activities. Spearheaded new innovative employer engagement strategies. Work closely and collaboratively to communicate Board priorities with Local Workforce Investment Areas throughout the state.Intergovernmental Affairs & CommunicationMaintained productive working relationships with key government officials at the city, state and federal levels.
