Personal Lines Manager
CurrentMANAGE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE PERSONAL LINES DEPARTMENT TO INCLUDE:• Hiring/training/evaluations of team members• Lead department and team meetings • Monthly distribution/monitoring of sales, expiration, and retention reports• Tracking department and team goals• Enforce/re-evaluate department procedures/workflows• Meet with Company Representatives• Communicate with Agency Principals, Agency Operations, and Accounting/HR • Monitor/evaluate client satisfaction • Promote a positive, professional, team-minded and FUN working atmosphere promoting growth in both the agency and team members
