Responsibilities:- Project Manager for 5 Brands with sales across the Nordic countries.- Responsible for marketing budget and staff.- Optimizing and creating webshops, as well as daily operations within the Cosmetics, Hygiene, and eSports industry.- Requirement gathering and specification in collaboration with Customers. - Develop marketing strategy and Project Plans. - Implementation and execution of Project Plan according to contract. By strategies within CMS, Ads, Branding, and Brand development.- Content creation in form of pictures and videos, blogs, and e-mails.- Pricing and negotiation with suppliers worldwide.- Project management and sales promotion initiatives with agents and retail in Norway, Sweden, Great Britain, and Spain.- Facilitate relations between IT, Business, and stakeholders.- Guidance in E-commerce, advertising, and other value-creating activities.- Product development with manufacturers.- Member of the digital advisory boardResults:- Sales increase of 300% for the main brand.- Omni-channel strategy in a new initiative with Matas.- Set up and mature a marketing department.- The packaging design of a Danish skincare series- Facilitation of Advisory Boards.- Sales, Service, strategic advice, and concept development.- Selection and screening of subcontractors.
