At NRP, we help venture backed companies get to their next round of funding.As Chief of Staff I worked directly alongside the partners of the firm and:• led on-boarding processes for clients and established SOPs for essential company processes• supported business development & talent acquisiton as the company expanded across 3 continents • optimized internal payment structure alongside finance team

The African Tech Vision, founded in 2019 and by now successfully launched 2 virtual mentoring program, is inspiring and nurturing the next generation of purpose-driven African female entrepreneurs. I supported the team volunteer throughout the 1st program and actively led program planning and execution for the second round, launched between Febraury and June 2022. As the Operations & Event Management lead, I:• elaborated a 12-week female founder focused program & viable timeline • sourced international speakers & developed content for webinars• trained and led the operations team of 5 volunteers

During the Techstars Smart Mobility Accelerator 2021 in Turin (currently remotely) I was responsible for the administrative duties and operational execution throughout the duration of the accelerator program together with the Managing Director, Program Manager and 4 other associates. - researched and moderated virtual networking events for more than 200 participants- engaged with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events that drive them toward success- coordinate the scheduling of +120 mentors, corporate sponsoring partners, and 40 founders- developed SOPs for the virtual execution of the accelerator program

Founded in 2015, amavido's mission is to make tourism more human. Through their "slowtravel platform" they are making small Italian villages & destinations out of the beaten path, that suffer from de-population, more visible and provide specific local knowledge and experiences. I joined amavido shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic hit Europe, and when Italy took the first and hard hit of the pandemic wave. As a team, we continued to support our host community and realized a E-commerce platform to sell the locally produced products and encouraging travellers to look ahead of the pandemic for future travels.As part of the marketing team, I:- concretised marketing campaigns and strategy- created social media content (posts, blog entries etc.)- reviewed marketing reports and handled communication with the marketing agency- worked with the 2 founders on business-enhancing initiatives during the pandemicAs part of the sales team, I:- used the company-owned platform to create individual travel itineraries for clients- handled direct customer contact throughout the full sales cycle

Family - owned restaurant- Management of service team - Controlling and if necessary imposing measures to maintain quality and service standards- Responsible for group bookings- Administrative tasks (orders, accounting)- Training of new employees

- planned & supervised banqueting events of up to 500 participants- coordinated event execution with all relevant departments across 2 hotel sites- led training for new team members on hotel-owned platforms and SOPs

10 - month traineeship during which I wrote my thesis on the motivation of hotel guests to provide feedback and how these findings can help hotels to gather more insightful and valuable feedback

During my time at EasyLanguages I gave language lessons with several students from different countries such Switzerland or Poland.
