Additionally, provide HR leadership to G&A leaders and teams as well as Procurement, Retail, and senior Logistics and Supply Chain groups.Accomplishments:-Led the Payroll and Benefits integration of the AFCO integration.-Successfully managed the shutdown of two union facilities.-Implemented Workday HCM, Timekeeping and Recruiting on time and on budget.- Direct Payroll for North America, tracking an accuracy rate of >99% per pay cycle. Payroll is processed weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly in the US and bi-weekly and semi-monthly in Canada. - Successfully completed a full OFCCP audit.- Manage the HR budget of $4M- Part of the due diligence and integration team for the acquisition of Ecolab Vehicle Care division. --Successfully, transitioned 200 associates to the Zep payroll without error.- Successfully, managed the equity pay out for the 2015 acquisition by New Mountain Capital.Former member of the Workday Southeast Regional User Group Planning Committee.

Direct the overall human capital strategy for a small loan company with 1800 employees in 8 states. Department functions include recruiting, staffing, organizational development, HRIS management, employee relations and general human resources. Accomplishments include:* Built a recruiting department that through the addition of recruiters, streamlined process and implementation of an applicant tracking system (HodesIQ), is responsible for 80% of the hiring, processes 5000 applications per month. * Led the project to implement a new HR/payroll system (UltiPro) and timekeeping/attendance system (Kronos). The HR/Payroll system allowed us to bring payroll processing internally, The timekeeping/attendance system has resulted in a savings of $275,000 in overtime expenses. * Systems provide detailed employee reporting to identify further efficiencies in staffing, hiring and managing employees.
