• Schedule and track all service electricians per PM’s request• Maintain communication and coordination for emergency calls and warranty work• Answer incoming service calls and service-related emails • Manages job pulls and service within ERP (VISTA) and other 3rd party technologies • Oversees and tracks annual renewal systems and agreements with clients, including but not limited to monthly maintenance permits, COI’s, prequalification forms and preferred rate agreements• Coordinate job billing with accounting team on behalf of PM’s / PX’s• Maintains accurate meeting minutes• Price up ER service calls for the billing team to invoice
