Oversee all operational aspects of the Legal Affairs Pyramid- Leadership over the execution of special projects- Drive the implementation of repeatable best practices, and robust project management- Lead efforts to identify and implement resource maximization projects - Advise general counsel on operational items- Enhance and drive vendor optimization with key outside counsel partners- Optimize expense and resource management efforts- Build and maintain key partnerships to ensure that projects are in line with enterprise business intelligence, technology, and process improvement initiatives.- Enhance technology and business capabilities from reactive measurements to predictive modeling to contain costs, while ensuring maximum efficiency.

- Leadership and consultation to key senior executives on performance metrics - Identification, implementation, and training of pyramid wide performance measurement methodology and metrics- Use of Six Sigma methodology and analysis to drive process improvement and optimize the use of financial and human resources- Design, implementation, and testing of new Key Performance Measurements system- Measurement and analysis training, education and consultation to leadership and field team of over 5000 team members

- Leadership of credit program specialists and special project team of 20 team members - Design, implementation, and testing of a new credit program paperless system - Reporting and analysis of existing and new credit marketing program results- Monitor SafetyNet revenue, claims, and reserves. Make appropriate changes to reserve and program design, based on results.- Revenue projections and sensitivity analysis for possible new initiatives

• Process improvement/problem solving on a variety of cross company/department special projects as assigned by Director• Analysis of in-transit inventory data.
