Sheila Trautner is an entrepreneur at heart. She enjoys bringing new concepts to the local community that add value to their lives. Sheila is a founder and business owner in Columbus, Ohio, with experience across industries including: restaurants, hospitality and event centers; real estate and development; and now sports and recreation. She is skilled in: finance, operations, customer service and strategic planning.Sheila is owner of Taste Hospitality Group, which includes Columbus area brands: Hubbard Grille and Wine on High in the Short North, Mezzo in Dublin, Creekside Event Center in Gahanna, The Golf Club at Little Turtle in Westerville and Taste Catering & Events. For more than 15 years, Sheila has created Central Ohio restaurant concepts beloved by local communities and neighborhoods. Sheila is active in her family’s development company, The Stonehenge Company, as a contributor to the leadership team. She is also a licensed real estate broker with LEAD Realty, handling multiple residential and commercial transactions in Central Ohio. COMING SUMMER 2023, Sheila and her husband, Adam, are opening a new indoor sports venue and training facility for athletes of all skill levels in Northeast Columbus. REP Fieldhouse is a passion project for the Trautners, who both grew up playing sports. As parents, they spend a lot of their personal time supporting their three children who are youth athletes in the Columbus area. They are thrilled to bring this premier facility to the local community.Sheila has been quoted as a restaurant industry leader and business owner in CNN, The Washington Post, The Columbus Dispatch, Columbus Business First and more. She is the recipient of multiple awards within the Columbus business community including 40 Under 40, Smart 50, Leadership Columbus and Young Professionals to Know. Sheila currently serves as a board member of the Ohio Restaurant Association, Ohio Restaurant Association Education Foundation and Short North Alliance. She volunteers on scholarship selection committees through the Columbus Foundation, and previously supported the Joyce Ivy Foundation and Alumni Board for Columbus Academy, her high school alma mater. Sheila is a graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has earned a Master of Business Administration.
