In this role, I support an exceptional student team who meets with students to teach and give feedback on topics like LinkedIn profiles, informational interviews, resumes and mock interview feedback. This role also requires relationship building with faculty and other academic partners to collaborate and find best practices for integrating Career Center resources into curriculum and expand student awareness. My goal is to create awareness about our resources across campus so every student can develop the skills necessary to build networks and social capital that lead to internship and full-time employment opportunities as desired.◾ Informed 1000+ students each semester on job market readiness skills and principles through classroom presentations.◾ Redesigned Career Center's job market readiness webpage to simplify the delivery of resources.◾ Oversaw the creation of 30+ videos designed to deliver job market readiness content that engages student audiences.

Oversaw a team of 17 student mentors who delivered career job readiness appointments to campus and online students. Created a central knowledge base for more effective delivery of content and established a communication strategy that allowed different shifts and remote employees to effectively communicate with one another.

Re-designed the student employee hiring and training process for 70+ student peer advisors in Career and Academic Advising. Implemented and mentored a student leadership team who was responsible for the day-to-day support of student employees training and administrative needs. This alleviated an administrative burden on full-time advisors allowing them to focus more of their time advising students who needed their help.

South Fork Saddlery offered beautifully designed horse tack with Swarovski crystals and high end hide overlays like stingray for barrel racers. • Launched new barrel racing product line in a competitive market by traveling from Texas to California to create brand and product awareness and increase sales. • Created profitable sponsorship's and internet marketing strategies which boosted sales by 25%. • Supervised development of the company website and managed communication efforts with consumers.Sourced affordable wholesale products to lower production costs while still offering high quality creative designs for breast collars and head bands.

HSBC Auto Finance provided subprime auto lending products to auto dealerships in 48 states in the U.S. I worked with multiple HSBC entities within in the United States and India on several compliance projects. ✔️Selected for 3 year flagship project called Autos in Branches (AIB) which allowed the company to offer auto loans in 125 branches across the U.S. This project took 3 years to roll-out in four phases. Completed extensive research of state regulated requirements for auto lending processes and worked with attorneys in Chicago to ensure we could stay compliant in each state using our existing lending practices.✔️ Performed compliance reviews on various departments within the organization and provided findings to management.

Recruited as the second person in a new quality control division due to my advanced understanding of funding procedures. Shortly there after, I was given responsibility to also review loan officers work due to attention to detail abilities. I quickly learned the intricacies of being a loan officer so I could review their work and determine if they were making smart lending decisions that were profitable and kept our risk low. ✔️ Directed, performed, and compiled monthly operation reviews of Direct and Indirect Lending processes. ✔️ Analyzed and reported exceptions and areas of risk resulting in improved performance by Direct and Indirect Lending.

In this role, I supervised a team of 12 pre-funding auditors. Each day the funding department would process and approve purchasing auto contracts from dealerships in 48 states and my team reviewed every auto contract package after processing for accuracy. I was responsible for printing dealership checks which averaged over $2 million each day.✔️ Appointed to lead data clean-up project with a team of 10 temporary employees, overseeing the review of six years' worth of auto contracts, identified data entry errors, and implemented corrections within the system, resulting in improved accuracy for company merger.✔️ Traveled to Chicago to train new team of pre-funding auditors. Provided support from San Diego location until team was fully operational. ✔️ Decreased overall team errors by providing in-depth one-on-one trainings that included tips and tricks to catch common funding errors.✔️ Created a reputation for troubleshooting and correcting balancing issues and maintained 99.9% error free record as the supervisor.
