The Futures Fellowship enables "under-resourced" young adults (ages 20-35) to build meaningful and long-term mentoring relationships with multiple mentors. To achieve this goal, a group of mentors work as a team, pooling their different skill sets and networks to collectively help a cohort of 8-12 mentees navigate both their personal and professional futures.
