Supported Regional Vice Presidents in all asset management functions including operations, leasing, specialty leasing and marketing. Supervised property management teams’ timely and accurate delivery of periodic financial and operations reports to corporate and clients/owners. Partnered with the Mall Teams on the various budget forms and helped to coordinate preliminary approvals from Leasing and Management RVPs. Reviewed the completed books with the Mall Team, Accounting and the RVP before sending to Ownership.
