CurrentMaking It Real.The Gates Foundation:-Pioneering the development of non-hormonal contraceptives tailored to align with women's desires, mindsets, and lifestyles.-Collaborating in a team of 5, conducting interviews and focus groups with 450 participants to gather UX stories on contraceptive perceptions, use, and potential areas for improvement.-Playing a pivotal role in facilitating 120 participatory co-design sessions, resulting in prototypes reflecting women's contraception preferences.-Creating personas and user journeys to identify user needs and pain points.-Actively sharing research insights through co-designed product concept prototypes and virtual presentations, contributing to the strategic development of contraceptives for the next two decades.Customer Centricity at KFS:-Facilitated the transformation of rural financial service associations towards a customer-centric approach.-Spearheaded the planning, participant recruitment, and logistics of the study.-Collaborated in a team of 3 to design and analyse institution-wide quantitative and qualitative surveys involving over 200 respondents, conducting 100+ contextual and stakeholder interviews, and leading 5 focus group discussions.-Contributed to the facilitation of over 25 participatory co-design sessions focusing on organizational structure, strategy, and product offering enhancements.-Worked collaboratively to report recommendations during check-ins and through a final deliverable, aiming to elevate the organisation’s customer-centricity score beyond 50% by implementing changes aligned with their 2022 strategic plan.Revamped an SME Finance Site:-Lead comprehensive desk research to analyse strategies employed by other companies.-Oversaw storyboarding and user journey activities to identify existing gaps and pain points.-Crafted low-fidelity wireframes for stakeholder feedback and interaction.-Collaborated with a team member to develop high-fidelity design
