Also co-founder of Uniform Republique which Designs and manufactures Uniforms across Industries in India.I also worked with G4S (the UK based globally biggest Security Company) as a General Manager (Uniform Division) and as the Business head (Corporate Division ) with Leconet Hemant – a design company founded by French-based designers Mr. Leconet and Mr. Hemant.I am a social and political worker who has been relentlessly working on empowerment of the women & community for one of the most backward regions of Gurugram - Mewat.I have been passionately working in the region of Mewat since 2014 and trying to bring livelihood opportunities for the people of the region. Even in the absence of sound infrastructure and multiple challenges in front of them, we created an oasis in the desert by running a manufacturing unit in Mewat and giving employment to several people. The project was appreciated by UNDP. It ran for 11/2 years and was more to test waters in the region. I have a solid public service background and has got an opportunity to serve people through various social and political organizations.I ran for MLA elections from Gurgaon Constituency and was the only female candidate from the entire district out of 21 male candidates.
