With over three years of experience in the real estate industry, I am a Director of Leasing at Tashkent City Mall, the largest and most modern shopping center in Uzbekistan. I am responsible for managing the leasing strategy, negotiations, contracts, and tenant relations for the mall, which has over 200 retail outlets, entertainment venues, and restaurants. I have a strong background in property management, commercial real estate, and brokerage, having previously worked as the Head of Leasing at ПАО Банк «ТРАСТ», one of the leading banks in Russia, and as the Brokerage Director at Profis Realty Management Company, a prestigious real estate firm in Moscow as well as in the largest shopping mall of Russia - SC Aviapark. I have developed and executed successful leasing plans for various properties, including office buildings and shopping centers, generating revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction. I have also built and maintained excellent relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and partners, using my negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
