Hired on as a Contractor to the Talent team to help grow their GTM teams!

Hired for Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Data, Design, Information Security, and IT teams from mid-level up to Director level roles. Was recently affected by lay offs due to hiring slow down.

Hired on as the sole Recruiter owning requisitions from sourcing to offer. In my short time there I was able to immediately make an impact and hire 9 folks for various roles and my first hire within 4-weeks of joining. Due to company-wide downsizing, I was laid off.

Hired on as the first and sole Recruiter, initially owned all requisitions from sourcing to offer negotiations. Built out a small People Operations team that included the Director of People, HR Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator, and another full-cycle Recruiter. Oversaw the Recruiting team and acted as the Interim Head of People while searching for a new Director of HR.

Conducted full-cycle recruiting for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. Owned the overall Recruiting program at Euclid Analytics.

Conducted full-cycle technical recruiting and handled multiple aspects of the recruiting cycle. Also led university recruiting efforts.

Promoted to recruiting coordinator after exceeding expectations in previous HR Assistant role. Handled full-cycle recruiting for a corporate office of 800+ staff and worked with IT, Accounting, Marketing, Purchasing, Merchandising, HR, Credit, Logistics, Distribution Center and Sales departments. Medium volume recruiting with an average of 35-40 openings a month. Developed strong, trusting relationships with Hiring Managers in order to fill positions with the most qualified candidates. Worked closely with new hires during onboarding process.
