Project work in implementing a new service line as a Junior Consultant offered by UCLL - Bachelor-na-bachelor Advanced business management program framework.

- Played key role in managing and implementing Electronic-docketing System for Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC). Provided technical assistance in their need analysis and assisting the stakeholders in adapting the system as well as developing the training manual for future guidance.- Performed logistical and administrative tasks within the program’s scope of activities, as instructed by PMO, COR and COP.- Assessed need identification, lead in proposal solicitation, made a cooperative statement and selecting the vendor through Deloitte Procurement process.- Documented negotiations between CCEB project and the selected vendor to achieve the best possible value at a cost which is fair and reasonable to the US government based on market prices.- Maintained GFE inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged to facilitate maintenance of USAID Project inventory and inventory disposal during the project closeout.- Provided administrative support for arranging workshops for clients, training and other events.- Worked collaboratively with CCEB projects 5 tasks to meet the deadline, regular interaction with projects all members.

- Developed and maintained an effective network system through Windows Server Operating Systems with all required server roles on the assigned servers- Maintained Microsoft Exchange 2013 Server, Active Directory Server & File Server.- Maintained Mikro Tik Router, Hyper-V and regular backup and disaster recovery planning.
