(1) Prepare Tax accounts for all concerns in compliance with applicable accounting standards (BSRS, BAS), (2) Supervised routine VAT and Income Tax related activities, ensure proper regulatory compliance (3) Managing the preparation the review of Tax return, related tax reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax law (4) Liaison with Companies Auditors and assists them to prepare audit report (5) Giving advice and instruction on accounts and tax related issues to other department, such as accounting, finance and legal (6) Submitted annual return to RJSC with Shareholders updates and other related documents (7) Maintain relationship with key stakeholders such as banks, financial institutions, auditors and Govt. Authorities (8) Submit Vat return in due time of all concern of this company (9) Liaison with Vat office for various purposes (10) Prepare and submit all directors individual tax return file (11) Attend hearing and deal different issue like submit revised return, tax audit etc. (12) To perform any other jobs to be instructed/advised by the management from time to time.

-Maintain all financial records and books of accounts. -Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports (monthly / quarterly) as required by the management. -Record accounting vouchers keeping proper coding and posting into the system. -Prepare the Bank reconciliation statement. -Prepare periodic management information reports as per requirement. -Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.-Hospital accounts handling with party payment.-Prepare local party payment schedule & cheque prepare.-Monthly staff & worker salary payment.-To perform any other jobs to be instructed/advised by the management from time to time.

-Preparation of financial statements for income tax / IPO for submitting NBR/SEC. -Preparations of IT return submission for directors & concern of the group.-To ensure registration of vat, income tax etc. of the company and timely payment of the same, deduction of vat, taxes etc. from bills of the suppliers/contractors, deduction of employees’ income tax (TDS) and deposit the same in respective govt. account in time.
