•Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to generate the monthly demand forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions) for monitor product line•Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts•Prepare, report, and communicate key KPIs to management - Forecast accuracy, Country level consumption of products in End of life phase, Mitigation plan for supply constraints•Responsible for managing transition between End of Life and New Product Introduction – Using Statistical and Collaborative approach to prepare an End of life forecast of a product•Demand management at component level of Desktops, Notebooks, Monitors and Workstations – Collaboration with Field Sales for demand generation; Alerting supply chain on requirement of specific components•Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional experts ( Sales & Marketing, Supply Planning )Project: Designed Component Segmentation Strategy to enable forecasting at component level•Segmenting the components on the basis of forecastability and number of customers ordering that component.; Sub segmentation based on price and volume•Forecasting(Statistical,Collaborative,Maintain buffer) and Manufacturing strategies(MTS,PTF) proposed based on the segment in which the component fallsProject: Base unit and RAM modeling for notebooks for PSG EMEA Commercial Business leading to forecast accuracy improvement •Analyzing the demand patterns of notebooks; taking inputs from marketing to do forecasting using the PLC tool.•Forecasting models developed based on the stage(NPI,Mature,EOL) of the platform•Dependent demand forecasting proposed for RAM’sProject: Developed process, established Metrics in doing EOL Planning for key accounts •New collaborative forecasting process established led to reduction in customer escalations

•Analyzed the AS-IS processes in the Make to Order environment and identified reasons for lead time variability•Implemented decoupling strategy to design Make to Stock environment by placing Inventory in components form•Conducted training sessions on implementation of the new manufacturing environment for the employees
