These innovations have created and grown major P&G brands and their equities with the help of noticeable, meaningful benefits provided to consumers fulfilling their unmet needs in a superior way. He has led the global innovation strategy and capability growth for P&G with the start-up of Beijing, Bangalore, Rio and Africa innovation hubs.After 29 years at P&G and post retirement, he has spent the past 6 years as a Board member and Strategic Advisor to several Fortune 500 companies, new ventures and Private Equity companies continuing to advise on development of transformational ideas, new business creation and innovation strategies to drive category growth. Shekhar leverages flexible, collaborative, externally connected models of innovation.
